When I saw this ad for the first time thought of Samual L. Jackson and his famous line from the movie “Pulp Fiction”… “Oh I’m sorry did I break your concentration?” What a kick ass ad campaign for this product, “Becks Modeling Clay”. Talk about getting the attention of the public to sell your product! The concept and execution of this campaign deserves an award! I’d like to send a shout out to Scholz & Friends Hamburg the ad agency that put this all together.
Do you find yourself glued to the computer monitor tirelessly monitoring the mundane nerosis of people you haven’t seen since kindergarten class? Have you done the 25 things you didn’t know about me survey? Have you woken up in the morning and before you brushed your teeth and rushed to see what messages you have on Facebook? If you answered yes to any of these questions your not alone… but you need help. If you answered yes to all three of these questions burn your computer go to the library and actually face a book.
LOL, in all seriousness this video pretty much sums up the good ol Facebook. There is no mistaking the growth of this social monster, its out of control! Like Peter Parkers gramps said, with great power comes great responsibility! So all you 120 wpm, (fill in the blank’s) keep things in perspective or you might find yourself like this guy, alone staring at a monitor and talking to yourself.
Advertising agency Jung von Matt/Elbe from Hamburg, Germany recently put together this ad campaign for Noah Menschen für Tiere e.V.. This is one of the most creative public service announcements I’ve seen in a while. The imagery definitely gets your attention and out of that attention hopefully arises awareness. I personally never seen animal testing imagery before, its almost as if its a don’t ask, don’t tell policy. Its nice to see an organization making efforts to raise awareness.
Nike comes through once again with a BIG budget and hires one of the best ad agencies in the world, AKQA of San Francisco. The commercial is 30 seconds of pure eye candy and the soundtrack is awesome. I’m not sure but I think its RATATAT who made the song.
Viagra commercial that is actually pretty dang good. It was produced by advertising agency: Z Mxico and what a great job they did. I haven’t seen it on the televisions here in the states I think its an international spot.
